Delivery service

Our prompt delivery service covers a 20 mile radius of Keighley, West Yorkshire. If you are based more than 20 miles away, we may be able to deliver larger volume orders so please call us for a delivery quote. We deliver everything ourselves within 2-3 working days of ordering, unless we are out of stock in which case you will be notified within 1 working day of ordering. We will call you to arrange a suitable time for delivery as soon as the order has been processed. Please inform us if there are any access issues at your site/property before we arrive.

On receipt of a delivery, we ask that the full inventory and contents of the delivery is checked before being signed for. Standard delivery charges are as follows but exceptions can be made for regular or large volume orders so please call if you have any queries.

Local Pickup

When ordering by phone or email, we offer the option to pick up your order from our showroom in Keighley, West Yorkshire, free of charge. Once you have placed and paid for your order, we will be in touch to let you know when it is ready for collection, which should be within 2-3 working days. You can collect your order any time during our opening hours which are Monday-Thursday 07.30-17.00, Friday 07.30-16.30 and Saturday 08.00-12.00.

Returns policy

You will be issued with a receipt on purchasing and/or delivery of your items (this will be a confirmation email if ordering by phone or email). Please retain this receipt for your records and make sure that all goods have been received before signing for them. Please check order forms carefully and check that you/we have not missed anything. If you are not completely satisfied with your goods, returns can be requested within 14 days of ordering either over the phone by calling 01535 611222 or in person at our showroom in Keighley. Please quote your order number. Only goods that are faulty or damaged on receipt can be refunded. Orders returned due to over ordering or a change of mind must be returned to our showroom otherwise there will be a collection fee, which is the same as the delivery fees listed above. We cannot refund original delivery fees or timber that has been cut to size or made to a certain specification unless it is faulty. All goods must be returned in the condition which they were received in complete with original packaging, labelling and paperwork.
